If you choose to fuel at a location that is not in-network, there will be a $1.00 per transaction fee charged. The Open Roads app will clearly show you all locations in our discount network. For example, if the retail cost is $3.00 per gallon and our cost is $2.50 per gallon, our fee will be 5 cents per gallon, or 10% of the 50 cents your saved at the pump. Our fee is 10% of the savings per gallon for personal vehicles. If you don't have a Social Security Number, you may use your Social Insurance Number. The account must allow for ACH withdrawals from a US based Company. The account will require a US Bank Routing Number (it will be 9 digits). If you are wanting it overnighted, you will need to make sure you click on the instant bank verification process as the other two options take several days to verify.įor all our Canadian clients, Open Roads requires a US Bank Account with US Currency. For the 48 hour processing, your card will go in the mail no later than two business days after we receive your application in our software. Please note, if you choose the overnight option, your card will get mailed out the next business day after we receive your application in our software. If you are Canadian and need your card overnighted to Canada, the charge for shipping your card will be $120. If you would like overnight delivery, it will be sent by FedEx for an additional fee of $55 plus the expedited fee of $20 for a total of $75. This means that we will send your card via USPS within two business days. If you need your application processed within 48 hours we have an expedited option that is an additional charge of $20. We are at least 15-20 days out on getting your card in the mail to you from the day we receive your application. If you are selecting the overnight option, please email with the address you want it to shipped to. When filling out the application, please put your permanent address. We will not process the application without this information. We do require your bank account and social security number.
